Q: What counts as a user?

A: At this time, a user is any registered or invited role listed in your users section. We realize that there are times that users aren’t utilizing the features here so we’ve expanded the number of users for this bundle as a result. In the future, we are looking at adding something like a “guest” role to better account for those instances.
